When I Wake Up You Won't Leave Part 2

Only 3 more days of work... three! 3!? THREEEEEEEEEE!!!!
The excitement is building!!
Funny though, on Monday (school holiday=no work) I guess I was not as entertaining as Pnut thought I should be and he told me "You need to go to work now... someone else needs to come and take care of us."
Well, allrightythen! I didn't take it personally... instead I just laughed to myself cuz he has NO IDEA what is in store for him with his "new and improved, no longer employed out side the house, summer is never ending" momma home every day!!! Oh yea, did I mention only THREE more days?????

You can take the boy out of West Virginia...

...but you can't take West Virginia out of the boy... or so my husband mentioned as we were loading all of our furniture onto a flat bed trailer today. The boys had a blast helping us. Our living room now consists of 2 beach chairs and the patio table is in our dining room.

Another Special Mercer Lighthouse Moment

If you know us then you know that lighthouses are special to us. (If you don't know us then here's the scoop... our first "date" was to the Key West Lighthouse and we ended up getting married at the top of that very same lighthouse.. Awwwwwwwww, I know. Enough.)
Anyway, I decided that my husband was not allowed to move away from Jupiter without climbing to the top of the lighthouse. The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum website mentioned a lovely sunset tour so we called Chelsea (also known as "the most awesomest person in the world") grabbed Beth and Larry and called it a date night. It was wonderful!! See for yourself!

The light was damaged in the 1928 hurricane but was braced
and has worked fine since!

So many steps!

I am really going to miss seeing this lighthouse every day :o(

Mother's Day Blessings

I love it when the sun filters through the clouds and covers the earth with beams of light, like God himself is looking down on us. This is what greeted us at the beach when we arrived this morning...
It was just the first reminder that I am supremely BLESSED on this day! Here is some additional photographic proof of my blessings...
